• Bad macro environment
• Everyone burned by FTX
...
ALTs will rip, thats clear to me.
Its the same shit every single time.
Mfers trying to claim clout by making moon- or doomboy statements they don't understand themselves.
🔹 What do we need for ALTs to run?
First of all, ALTs have been running all the time.
Memes and AI are the places to be this cycle.
Only because your favorite L1 or RWA hasn't been doing well, doesn't mean there's no money to be made in this market.
Opportunity cost is huge if you don't play it right.
If we want to see up only season we need fresh liquidity flowing into the market.
In order to see this we need QE to relief the broader mass.
People need to be able to make debt and take loans on their houses/families.
To give you an example:
In 2021 I knew a guy taking 150k out of his credit card to put it into XRP.
I don't have to tell you that it didn't age well.
Thats euphoria, thats what we need for a proper up only season.
🔹 What about Liquidity Fragmentation?
It's a meme.
This is a traders and flippers market.
Ofc there's half a billi of tokens on the market.
But look at them.
Most of them are rekt.
There's close to 0 liq in most of them.
Thats definitely not a reason to not have an ALT season.
🔹 People are burned and won't come back?
Another meme.
People always come back, at least the majority.
How do you think legacy markets get driven?
Through retail.
Sure there are more bigger entities playing that game.
But they don't use themselves as EL.
Its the NPCs providing liq.
Human psychology always works the same.
Greed takes over at some stage.
ALTs will outperform.
Your goal shouldn't be to predict wen;
But to survive until!
