It provides a User-friendly interface to navigate, search, and analyze all data stored on the blockchain's public ledger, promoting transparency and accountability.

What You Can Do With A Blockchain Explorer.

Users can search for specific information by entering a transaction ID (hash), wallet address, or block number into the search bar. The explorer then displays detailed real time data, including:

1. Transaction Status: Users can track if a transaction is pending, confirmed, or failed, viewing details such as the Sender and receivers addresses, the amount transferred and transaction fees.

2. Wallet Information: you can view the current balance and a complete history of all incoming and outgoing transportations for any public wallet address for smart contract enabled blockchains like Ethereum, you can also see token holdings (e.g, ERC-20 tokens or NFTs).

3. Blockchain Details:  it provides information about each block added to the chain, including it's height (number), timestamp, the Miner/Validator who produced it, and a list of all transactions it contains.

4. Network Statistics:  Many explorers offer network analytics such as hash rate, network difficulty, average block size, and average transaction fees, which helps in assessing the network's health and activity.

5. Smart Contract interaction on platform like Ethereum, explorers allow users to view the source code of deployed smart Contracts and interact with their functions directly.

     Popular Blockchain Explorers.

Different blockchains have their own dedicated Explorers, as you cannot use an explorer for one Chain like (Bitcoin) to view transactions on another like (Ethereum).

Bitcoin: Blockchain.com

Explorer, Mempool.space

Ethereum: Etherscan

Polygon: Polygonscan

Solana: Solscan.
