Voter participation in Spur Protocol is the most important

Spur protocol is a community driven project. Spur protocol give the voters full authority over the project's future. It's the voters who decide - by making proposals and casting votes regarding the ecosystem possible adjustments to make it perfect and efficient as possible. Think of it this way; voters are the main shareholders in spur protocol ecosystem. For you to qualify to vote, you are mandated to deploy your Proof of Governance (POG). This proves your identity. Voter participation in Spur Protocol is important in the following ways:

a) Voters decide the project's future steps

Through making possible proposals and casting votes, voters shape the project's future steps and adjustments. The spur protocol system is controlled by the community 100%. It's the community that make suggestions on possible adjustments and actively participate in voting to come to one final decision.

b) Makes the protocol descentralized

There's no central authority that controls Spur protocol - the voters do. That's what make the protocol descentralized. Imagine an ecosystem where the community shout out suggestions to adjustments that can be possibly made to the existing system and the same community come to full agreement by casting votes through inbuilt voting system and a final decision is made. That's freedom and democracy in hands of the community.

c) Voters decide important adjustments like roadmap updates

Since day one of Spur protocol existance, voters have been participating fully in updating and making adjustments to Spur protocol roadmap. That's why it's a proof that spur ecosystem is community driven. The milestone achieved by spur protocol is because of an active community.

It's very important to participate in Spur protocol's voting proposals and casting votes because voters control the future of the ecosystem. It's the votes that hold the future of the protocol in their hand. Your Proof of Governance is your ticken.
